YISHUN Optical’s quality assurance team is skilled in a wide range of quality control methods. All measurement and inspection data are carefully recorded and can be presented in a range of formats, including readable reports and data files, to be shared with customers as needed.
Our high-precision manufacturing processes are supported by robust inspection systems, capable of measuring a variety of parameters, with repeatable accuracy to ±2 microns.

- Zeiss 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurements.
- Zygo White Light Interferometers for surface quality inspection.
- Nikon Nexiv Vision systems for non-contact measurements.
- Traditional micrometer and caliper measurements for dimensional checks.
